"Final"
Your final walkthrough is your last chance to have your builder correct issues before closing. Bring a professional report to the table. We inspect for common code compliance issues, test all systems, and look for a host of common issues.
Phase 2
"Pre Drywall"
We love to look inside walls. Our inspection includes coverage of framing, sheathing, vapor barriers, flashing, and MEP rough ins. Most issues are discovered during this inspection (and most easily corrected by the builder)
