Scheduling A Home Inspection shouldn't be as hard as buying a used car! Unfortunately it can often be difficult to know what your inspection will cost until you've invested your time to schedule a quote, fill out a form, or spend 20 minutes on the phone. We believe in treating our customers differently. East Tennessee Building Consultants offers flat rate, upfront pricing for most inspections. Don't be fooled by the other guys low inspection costs that grab your attention, after their hidden fees many of our competitors charge upward of $600 for a standard inspection.
